In a major breakdown , News channels revealed the Scandal in the 5000 DDA flats alloted in the month of Decemeber 2008. There were around 5 Lakh applications for these 5000 flats and when results were declared, they raised some eyebrows. Majority of the allotees were the ones who did not applied for the application via a bank finance.
